For those who love to cook, this is a fully stocked chef's paradise. _ BATHROOMS Most of the bathrooms have single or double vanities and glass showers. One of the bathrooms has a soaking tub should you be so inclined to take a bubble bath during your stay. We stock the bathrooms with plenty of bath and hand towels, washcloths, cosmetic towels, and floor mats to give you something nice and fluffy to step on when getting out of the shower. You'll also find hairdryers in each bathroom along with plenty of spa-quality shampoos, conditioners, and body wash. _ BEDROOMS Enjoy the cool comfort and support of our Gel-infused Green Tea Memory Foam mattresses and super soft, 480 thread count cotton sateen sheets, woven with a rich, lustrous finish. 2 of 4 bedrooms are equipped with a Roku TV which gives you access to thousands of streaming channels such as Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. _ BOARD GAMES You'll find board and card games scattered throughout the home like Uno, Catan, Cards Against Humanity, and more. _ ROOFTOP TERRACE On our rooftop, take in the panoramic skyline views of Downtown Nashville, light up the 72" gas fire pit, and enjoy the dining table that seats 6. _ LOCATION You can't beat the location. If the house is left unreasonably dirty you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500. Unreasonably dirty includes leaving garbage, food, drink containers, and other trash out and not being thrown away in the proper garbage receptacles. We do not tolerate guests who disrespect the home. Our cleaning company charges a $25 fee for every bag of garbage left at the home. This fee will be applied to your total reservation bill after you check-out. Please gather all trash and place it in the proper receptacles outside. Garbage and recycling bins are located outside the garage. Extra garbage bags are provided under the kitchen sink. Our cleaning company charges a $50 fee if the dishes are not washed or placed into the dishwasher before check-out. This fee will be applied to your total reservation bill after you check-out. Place used dishes and silverware in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Dishwasher pods are located under the kitchen sink. _ PETS: Pets are NOT allowed at the home and are subject to a fine. Any evidence of a pet on the property incurs a $1,000 fine per reservation. This fee will be charged after checkout. _ PRIVATELY OWNED: This vacation rental is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. _ NO SMOKING: Smoking inside the home or outside anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of either will result in a fine of $1,000. _ NO PARTIES: Only registered guests are allowed to use the house day and night. Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the noise level down. If there are any reasonable noise complaints, you’ll be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund. _ NO LITTERING: Do not dispose of garbage of any kind in the street, driveway, or back and front lawn. There are cameras located at the front and back of the house and if you litter you will be caught. Disposing of cigarette butts anywhere on the property is considered littering. Evidence of littering will result in a fine of $300. _ NO UNAUTHORIZED DECOR: Do not hang decor, balloons, or signs with thumbtacks or command hooks on any of the walls or wallpaper walls. You will be responsible for the cost to paint, repair drywall, or replace wallpaper. Please ask in advance if you plan to decorate the home for an event or special occasion. There are specific products that can be used to minimize damage that need to be pre-approved. We recommend using scotch tape, painter's tape, or sticky putty. _ SECURITY CAMERAS: There are outdoor NEST security cameras located around the exterior of the home. Security cameras are set up for the safety of our guests and the security of our home. Please do not tamper with any of the security camera equipment. _ BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk. _ ADDITIONAL RULES: Guest shall allow homeowner and property managers access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner and property manager shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. By accepting this reservation, the guest agrees to abide by the Rental Agreement at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the Rental Agreement at all times while at the property.
