This hotel has clean, quiet comfortable environment, with necessary security for the safety. And it is convenient for the supplying of necessary items for sleeping and showering.
First, space of the toilet in the living room is a little bit small, however, such problem didn’t happen in 12F. Second, this hotel is a little bit far from Shinbashi Station, walking needs about 10 to 15 min.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were always kind and helpful. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a perfect base for exploring Tokyo.
I didn’t experience any major issues during my stay. Everything was well maintained and met my expectations.

It was clean and staff were friendly
The location is quite far away from central, and the rooms were ridiculously small which I was not expecting considering the price. We had to pay an extra £90 to upgrade to a ‘bigger’ room, which turned out to only be a tad bit bigger. This hotel does not consider luggage space, and doesn’t have a wardrobe :(
