The second floor will be the hub for entertaining with an open layout that seamlessly weaves the kitchen, dining area, and living areas together. The fully equipped kitchen offers all of the major appliances, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, and plenty of counter space for easy meal prep after a day on the slopes. On warmer evenings, be sure to step out to the wraparound deck and fire up the gas grill for a casual cookout with a wonderful backdrop of mountains and greenery. When you want to have a bit of fun at home base, soak in bliss in the private hot tub, make your way down to the lower level and indulge in some friendly competition with a round of pool, or watch a favorite movie on the large flatscreen TV until everyone is dozing off for the night! Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The property was really nice for our family's vacation. Bedrooms are small but otherwise space is great!! The pool table and Hot tub kept everyone entertained!

We rented this vacation home for a fall break get away for our family. It was very close to the cute Wilmington downtown, and we walked to dinner from the cabin to the Hermitage Inn. I'm sure it's a great place to say during ski season since its located on Haystack Mtn. There were just three of us but this would be a great home for a large group gathering. We enjoyed the pool table and our son was thrilled by all the gaming consoles etc. that were available. The only cons were the wifi, and hence many of the streaming services, didn't work. We were really looking forward to the hot tub but it smelled funny so we didn't use it. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

I am leaving this review because this was a very expensive vacation for our family and we were very disappointed. The two most important points of the rental was the use of a fireplace and a hot tub and neither of them were in working order. We contacted Vacasa on our first day there and no one ever responded or showed up. Overall the home was not clean and not well cared for. Not good Internet service not good television reception. The grill had been left outside filthy from the prior renters. The fire pit pan was left on the porch filled with burnt leftover wood and filled with rainwater. the yard was covered in cigarette butts and beer cans. I do not recommend this rental or this management company

Comfortable, fun and spacious home for our family reunion. Great games and well-equipped kitchen. Good hiking and swimming a short drive away.

Great layout for families- everyone had their own space. Thankful for 3 full bathrooms too. Kitchen table was large with plenty of seats for us all to dine together. Enough modern features (smart TV, keurig, wifi) but still a rustic and simple-life vibe. Everything worked well, except the trash system to keep out bears (they got in despite following all the instructions)

This place was VERY close to two golf courses and local amenities. Our group of six was able to rest comfortably with the square footage and hot tub! Will go back!

Clean, meticulously decorated family house. This is not just a rental property. It is well taken care of and it is obviously a loved house where many hours have been spent between family and friends. Well placed for nearby skiing at Mount Snow, I highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again.

We stayed at this lovely Vermont Mountain House for 4 nights to explore the area and relax during our first vacation since 2020. The house was well equipped and had all the comforts of home and then some! We had plenty of activities at the house on rainy days opting to play pool, watch movies or play video games. Although we did eat at local restaurants on occasion (check out Dot’s and the Maple Leaf Tavern in Wilmington), we did utilize the grill and kitchen for some meals finding everything we needed. There is plenty of space for large groups with three levels to explore. We enjoyed shopping in Wilmington and explore the Molly Stark State Park during our stay. I would recommend this property for groups small and large as a great home base for your trip to the Vermont Mountains!

This home was absolutely immaculate. It was very clean. It had everything you could need to cook and to serve (including gravy boat, platters and ice cream bowls). There is no shortage of drinkware. The house is beautifully decorated, with each small touch. From color schemes to art work it is all very tasteful. The hot tub is everything one could want at the end of a long day. The deep soaking tub is a nice touch as well. There is a den, a living room, and a family room. There is a lot of privacy on this property. The neighbors are through the trees and not apparent at all. They had everything in the way of cleaning supplies and also had personal hygiene items in each bathroom. They did everything right, and we will definitely be booking a longer stay in the future.
