I have chosen this apartment because it is very close to Gare St Jean, as we were arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the morning and it did not dissapoint. The location is very convenient from this point of view, even though it is not a nice neighborhood. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and comfortable. All the amenities were present, and I have appreciated the coffee capsules offered and the fact that were some travel guides around. It is also very quiet and we slept well.
As others have noted there is an unpleasant smell. And the neighborhood is not a nice one, as it is usually the case around big train stations. It did not feel unsafe on the other hand.

Très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. Juste à côté de la gare, et c’était pour cela que l’on avait choisi cet emplacement, pour ce côté pratique pour déposer des gens au train le lendemain matin très tôt. Échange facile et rapide avec la conciergerie. Récupération des clés facile.
Les trottoirs aux abords de la rue sont plein d’herbes qui poussent partout. Mais cela semble être le cas partout de ce côté de la gare. Pas entretenu ni par les propriétaires, ni par la ville. Cela ne fait pas très propre. Odeur d’urine de chat dans l’escalier. La télévision ne permet d’avoir que Netflix. Aucune chaîne de la TNT. Une seule glace dans le logement, c’est-à-dire dans la salle de bain. Celle-ci est très rustique. Comme indiqué dans le livre d’accueil, se présenter comme écologiste, n’est pas une excuse pour faire aussi rudimentaire. Première fois depuis plus d’une dizaine d’années que l’on nous demande de verser une caution, pour se voir délivrer les codes d’accès au logement. Après, pour une nuit, et sur le rapport qualité prix, rien à redire, c’est parfait.
