Handy to the train but a long walk into historic Bordeaux. Check in and concierge staff were lovely and very helpful. Very clean, air conditioned rooms, nice decor and comfy bed. Good value.

Staff was great. I have visited so many places and stay in hotels but it's the first time I have met so friendly, helpful, always willing to help and professional at the same time, Good location, nice and clean, secure parking for my motorbike.
Not easy access with a car.

Perfect location across the street from the train station and the airport shuttle stop (as well as bus/tram stop).
Clean room, though very basic.
Street-facing room was noisy which is to be expected at such a busy intersection. I liked the noise, I even opened my window so I could enjoy the street sounds.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The website didn't say there was, I simply assumed there would be since it's pretty much standard in all hotels. I was permitted 1 free coffee in the morning (I didn't take the breakfast option)
