Friendly staff and a great location near my family.
The toilet was running water and the stove didn't work when I moved in. I reported it and the maintenance didn't come until Thursday to fix the toilet and the stove never got repaired.

Half of my mattress was broken down, but otherwise my room was great

It was 100 degrees & they had AC when mine was out at my home.
I didn’t like the mattress. It was terribly too lumpy. I hated having to take trash out with me daily, no towels given daily, and the elevator going out the 2nd day I was there. I left after 7 days & still it broken.
