Superb location. Very smart and clean apartment.
Would have preferred more cups, plates, glasses etc. Only four of each item felt we were always washing up.
We stayed last year and had parking at the property however that was not possible this time and had to park at the SKY Hotel car park which was a few minutes walk away. Not really a problem but not ideal.

La localisation de l appartement; dans le centre, proche de tout. Les lits très confortables et tous les appareils électroménagers disponibles (lave linge, sechoir, congélateur, lave vaisselle, etc).
La chaleur dans l'appartement: il faisait trop chaud et on ne savait pas régler les radiateurs ou thermostat pour dormir. C était la même température pour tout l immeuble j ai l impression...Je trouve également que l appartement devrait être mieux nettoyé comme les filtres du lave vaisselle, le parquet ainsi que la poussière sous les meubles et lits.

I like the location of the hotel. It is in the city center but it is very quiet at the night.
1. During my stay, there was no WiFi working in my room and I had to contact the hotel every day. Even though I received a response from the hotel that they would send someone to fix it, the wifi still did not work the whole week. Only on the last night, I received the password to a neighbour's wifi.
2. On the first night when I arrived, the toilet in my room is dirty and I took a photo of that to show to the reception. The receptionist promised to talk with the manager regarding compensation, no follow-up for one and a half months.
3. On the first night I arrived out of reception working hours, which I indicated in advance with the hotel and I received my key in the mailbox with a password. However, in the beginning, the key did not work so I could not enter the hotel. The hotline guy was very impatient and unfriendly, and I had to wait on the cold windy night.
4. One more minor thing is that in the room there is a booklet including all the information about the room. There is a list of offered items, I checked it and I noticed that I did not have the welcome kit. Nevertheless, I told the receptionist that if it is missing after I check out, don't contact me.
