Smoking is allowed only in the garden and swimming areas. A $125 fee will apply if smoked inside. $25 charge for lost keys. You are solely responsible for your belonging inside and outside the apartment. Put your valuables, cash, cell phone, etc., in a safe deposit box located inside a closet in the bedroom. Do not leave belongings in the pool/garden area. Towels or any other items from the apartment are not to be taken off-premises. We recommend at least a $3/day tip for the caretaker.
