I liked that the dining area was clean and there were always good food choices. I like the comfort of the bed and the balcony view. I liked the staff at the bars and main dining area. I loved the energy of the entertainment staff and the dance show. I loved the quiet pool area. Lastly, the lobby is beautiful and comfortable to sit at when waiting for car service.
I didn't like that the front desk staff just gave us a very small, blurry map when we checked in. They didn't explain how to get our pool towels or where to go for food. Also, it would have been helpful if they would have directed us to the display of events happening throughout the week. I didn't like the bathtub because it would not drain for a long time and the showerhead needed to be cleaned better, or updated. The room needs more than one socket to plug things in and it and brighter lighting. I didn't like that there wasn't much Spanish music playing throughout the day in the pool area. I also didn't like that the pool closed at 6pm. It should close at sundown. Lastly, the beach chairs were not the most comfortable. When you sat down the back would pop forward.

The rules for new customers should be explained clearly when they arrive at the lobby.

Rooms are in very bad shape.
shower's hook broken - have photos.
illumination is poor.
furniture is very old and photos are deceiving.
pool is dirty - have photos.
Registration process was chaotic.
