L'appartamento era spazioso, fresco, pulito e offriva una vista incantevole dalle finestre, soprattutto al tramonto. Il bagno è grande, la camera da letto è molto grande. La fermata dell'autobus è a 2 minuti a piedi e da lì si raggiunge la fermata del tram in 10 minuti. Con il tram puoi raggiungere il cuore della città in 10 minuti. Il supermercato era a 3 minuti a piedi. Un luogo tranquillo e pacifico. Il cinguettio degli uccelli al mattino. Dopo il caos delle città, ci siamo rilassati profondamente. Mi sono sentita così positiva fin dal momento in cui ho messo piede nell'appartamento, che non ho notato alcun aspetto negativo per tutti e 5 i giorni. Era esattamente come mostrato nella foto.

Die Lage am Arno, Parkplatz, Zentrum mit Bus und Tram zu erreichen. Linie 9 in der Nähe vom Penny Markt dann weiter mit Tram Linie T1. Mann kann auch am Arno entlanglaufen bis zur Ponte Veccio dann ist man auch im Zentrum (ca 3 - 4 KM). Für die Öffis empfiehlt sich ein Tagesticket für ca. 8 € für Bus und Tram!
Trotz Insektenschutzgitter an allen Fenstern (außer im Schlafzimmer) hatten wir Mücken im Zimmer! Die Küchenausstattung hätte etwas besser / umfangreicher sein können. Geschirrhandtuch hat gefehlt!

The accommodation located next to the Arno bank (few ten meters). This makes the whole place quiet and ideal for morning runs. The bed mattress provide perfect rest after long sightseeings. There are huge rooms inside which have quite warm atmosphere if the shutters are open in the afternoon. The host arrived on time and told all the basic infos needed.
Some of the equipments was out of order or a bit dirty, but we didn't need them so it was not a problem for us. Night lamp and mosquito net would be nice in the bed room. An extra roll of toilet paper wouldn't be bad - I am sure about that we get it if we ask for.

Quiet location, good water pressure, AC (useful when it's 38 degrees like we had), parking available, the bed is quite big, the washing machine worked. It was clean (aside the stains from dead mosquitos on the walls but tbh there are so many mosquitos, I understand)
Location is quite far from the center (around 45min, you have to take a bus then a tram). Fortunately there are some restaurants in the area.
A lot of mosquitos (take in consideration if you're also allergic). Most of the mosquito nets from the windows are broken and therefore useless. We kept everything closed with AC the whole time which is a pity.
The owner of the house could put a bit more care and attention to the place, there is the bare minimum, no decoration at all, old appliances and some lamps could be welcomed (aside from the ceiling lamps). You can see they just put the basics to get some money and that's it.
Outdoor patio but there are only broken bikes, leftover construction materials, dusty plastic chairs,... Just good to dry your clothes.
Also be careful with the pictures of the location as some do not fit the reality.
