Comfortable like home, big enough space, strategic location
Everything is good, we stay at this apartment whenever came with family to Bangkok. It will be great to improve drainage as bad smell sometime from bathroom.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Cleaning team was great.
Room size is great. Pleanty of room.
Close to some good restaurants.
Has a washer and separate dryer in the room! GREAT!
The rooms need to be remodeled urgently.
Maintenance is not doing the best job.
Lenolium floors were taped down instead of replaced in some areas.
Pest control needs to be better. Little bugs keep crawling up the walls and hanging at the ceiling. I had to do pest control for them and a few roaches as well on the first days. after that no roaches but the little wall bugs remained.
Glass blocks in the livingroom and kitchen walls. If you look close you can see inside the apartment. NOT GOOD. i put paper over the livingroom blocks.
Balconys don't get cleaned.... too dirty to use.
Treadmill in the gym needs to be serviced...it runs but it does not run smoothly. Gym weight machine as well.
