The view from the balcony was great at the marina, comfortable bed.

The communication was a bit slow and poor. There was a self check-in and it was a bit difficult to find the correct apartment. The kitchen utensils could be a lot better. If you want to park the car inside the gate you need to pay extra to the owner. The free parking option was very poor on the street.

the location was very bad. the Uber and taxi drivers could not locate it despite the video link the host sent. (Getting to the place was tough by taxi and then finding the actual apartment), so about 1 hour per trip ( 2 trips a day) cost us in time and anguish to go to st tropez. in room instructions were to take out trash, put the linens on the floor / bed, put all towels ok the bathroom floor, wash all dishes, dry them and put them in their spots. did not have an jron and board ( which the host placed on the second day of 2 day trip. also the tv was not picking up signals … the host fixed it the next day … only french channels. No extra towels ( 1 bath towel per person for the two days , no reception, chintzy towels and rationed … not enough for 3 people for 2 days. 1 small hand towel …. no toiletries. had to lug big bags up 3 floors. no elevator. For a 2 day trip it was pretty exhausting and unsettling. at 600 a day … not worth it at all.

If you are looking to book this flat....WELL LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE

location is nice, if all the rest was good as well....

Many years I'm travelling and booking locations where to stay, this been the worst experience I have had. Starting with NO Water to drink and NO Soap to have a shower in the apt leading to the top event. We had to buy toilet paper because they just left the end of a roll in the bathroom and that was. The cherry on the cake was that the owner was scared we didn t want to pay the Pet supplement (yes we were there with our dog) A 10 euro supplement on a over 500 euro for 1 night prepaid. Wow the italians, they can run away without paying 10 euro...... Yes i forgot to tell that, no water and no toilet paper for a 500 euro for 1 night totally overpriced. Also, just to mention, we choose the place because in the check out rules was written check out from 7 to 23 even if was to my opinion overpriced, but since we were just planning to stay one day in the area we thought was a good option. Surprise Surprise the owner kicked us out in the early afternoon of the check out day saying that it was not possible a late check out (I have confirmation about the check out timing in the reservation) and that new guest had to check in after few hours. (unlucky them....)
