The hotel is conveniently located close to the historic center. The room was well equipped with all the essential furniture and accessories, as well as a large TV with free Netflix and Wi-Fi. The app used to access the room was very convenient and easy to use. Guests also have complimentary access to the gym and wellness facilities. The staff were very kind and friendly, including during phone communication. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great experience.
The main things I would improve is the cleanliness of the shower head. Also, one of the outlets next to the bed, including the USB and wireless charging functions, was not working. These were only small inconveniences and did not significantly affect my overall positive experience.

Check in was done via the internet using a link from the accommodation provider. We received a link to the website for door opening and all explanations. The advantage was that we didn't have to worry about the exact time of arrival (evening).

Very convenient location in a nice neighborhood
unfortunately our room was in the basement with a lot of humidity and mould. It would take a little more maintenance.
