Nestled in Bowral, this charming condo for $132 per night is a great option for your next trip. This newly-renovated, light, private guest suite is in a quiet area, in walking distance of pool, cafes, Bowral town centre and train station. If the Cherry Tree Walk and bush walks up Mount Gibraltar are appealing, this is for you. You will have separate access into a comfortable lounge room. There is a gas fireplace. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, microwave, coffee and tea facilities. You have a private courtyard off the bedroom, which has a fan and air conditioner. THE SPACE This fully self-contained guest suite is attached to our family home and has a private entrance. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room which may be suitable for one guest. Please contact your host in advance if you are considering this option. This property is pet friendly. Only one small to medium sized house trained dog is allowed. For any variations please contact your host prior to booking. Please provide some information about your pet for us. It is expected that you will supervise your furry friend at all times and not leave them alone in the suite. I can advise you of a pet sitter that previous guests have used. NOTE There is construction underway on a neighbouring property through to February 2024. There could be daytime noise at some time during your stay. We have not been given a schedule for work—it might happen during your stay, it might not. If you want more information, please send an inquiry message. By booking, you acknowledge that intermittent construction noise is possible and you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.

Hospitality, presentation and cleanliness of property was excellent. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to Bowral and overall comfort of bed, sofas and chairs. Peter has thought of everything that both human and pooch would need.

Everything was as advertised but even more peaceful and well thought out. Excellent furnishings, linen, kitchen, etc and speedy internet. Lovely outdoor courtyard. Driveway steep but manageable.

Peter’s property was immaculate, extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The booklet about Bowral was also very helpful and was comprehensive. We have no hesitation in recommending it most highly. Even the dogs enjoyed the provided beds! Thank you Peter.

If you are a couple or even a lone adventurer looking for dog friendly accommodation in the Southern Highlands, you will be hard pressed to find better. Clean yet homely; tasteful and practical. Cosy but with plenty of room for you and your furchild. Peter (the wonderful host) has thought of everything you will need for your stay and the added benefit of the secure backyard for your four legged friend, rounds out the whole package.

All the rooms were clean and tidy and the use of the court yard was a plus. We appreciated the little electric fry pan as not every place has an oven or cook top. The mattress didn't offer a lot of support, and I acknowledge that is a personal preference. I always do a tidy up before leaving and could not locate a broom or vaccum cleaner. We too appreciate removing our shoes before entering a home and therefore this was not an issue.

The apartment is above & beyond what we were expecting with loads of nice little touches. The fireplace was amazing and the courtyard came in very handy for our dog. We will definitely be back next time we visit Bowral!

A great property, perfect for 2 of us + our 4 legged friend, all of whom were made to feel very welcome. The property has everything that you need for a short stay, is clean and very well-presented. It is just a short walk away from the centre of Bowral and cafes, pubs, etc. Will hopefully be back again in the not too distant future.

My partner and I (and fur kid) only stayed one-night at this apartment, but it was as described. The place was conveniently located and had all the necessary amenities. Peter was a great host and made the stay very enjoyable. Would recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

We stayed here for one night as we were attending the Day on The Green. It was the perfect location as we were 5 mins walk to the courtesy bus and we were the first to be picked up and also the first to be dropped off after tye gig. The place itself was lovely, very clean and spacious and would have been well suited to a longer stay. Peter was excellent in his communication throughout and we cannot recommend this place highly enough

One of the best equipped properties I have ever stayed in, very thoughtfully furnished, located in a very quiet part of Bowral, yet only minutes away from the centre of town. Our host provided everything you could possibly need, from fresh coffee to a sewing kit. Would definitely stay in this property again and am already thinking about a return trip.

My partner and I stayed at this property for a wedding in the highlands. We can’t speak more highly of this place! It was immaculately clean, pet friendly, spacious and had all small details you could think of, even choccie treats and games. I would highly recommend staying here.

The accommodation is beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and was so accessible. The host Peter was happy to accommodate any request. We loved the little extra touches; from the welcoming bowl of chocolates and generous kitchen provisions to the 2 dog beds with cushions, which may seem odd to mention, but showed how thoughtful the apartment's facilities were. We'd love to stay again.

The decorating, impecable taste and quality were outstanding. Peter was a fantastic host who even went to the trouble of contacting us after we had departed letting us know we had left behind a couple of food items for our dog Sophie. Love Bowral and will definately stay again when we are in the area.
