We loved the apartment style where we could use the laundry facilities and gym

Location is perfect, away from the chaos of the city and close enough to the tram to get there.
The room was really nice - spacious and had everything I needed.
Breakfast was also very apt.
The gym was also so well equipped.
There should be a way to contact reception personnel other than using their numbers to call them - I didn't have a local line so couldn't make calls and just had to wait about until someone came.

The staff is very helpful and kind. The room is of adequate size and equipment. The breakfast is delicious and of good quality.

The room was very large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and the rooftop seating area was nice. The nearest train station is around a 15 minute walk away (which is fine for me) and there is a supermarket a 5 minute walk away, the location is good.
The room was very hot due to there being no air conditioning, having both windows open and using the fan helped a little but not much, it took a few days of keeping the curtains closed during the day to block the sun for the room to be comfortable to sleep in.
