⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 – Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht, aber Mängel bei PrivatsphäreDas Ferienhaus in Arcidosso ist landschaftlich toll gelegen. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber und die Aussicht ist wirklich wunderschön.
Jeden Morgen und Abend kam unangekündigt ein älterer Mann auf das Grundstück, um den Pool zu prüfen sowie den Rasen und die Blumen zu sprengen. Da man nie wusste, wann er kommt, fühlte man sich extrem in seiner Privatsphäre eingeschränkt. Solche Besuche müssen vorab mit den Mietern abgesprochen werden!Veraltetes Geschirr: Für die Preisklasse war die Küchenausstattung ungenügend. Das Geschirr ist alt und teilweise kaputt – bei einigen Tassen war der Henkel bereits geklebt.Lärm durch Hunde: Aus der Nachbarschaft gab es morgens, abends und leider auch nachts ständiges, nerviges Hundegebell, was die Erholung gestört hat.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend ausgestattet, der Pool und die Aussicht fantastisch
Die Anfahrt ab Arcidosso zum Domizil war herausfordernd. Die Straßen waren extrem steil und sehr eng.
Die Schlussabrechnung zu Strom und Gas und auch der Kurtaxe wurde von den Verwaltern vor Ort in bar eingefordert. Es gab keine Rechnung. Wir fanden das sehr unprofessionell und waren irritiert. Wir mussten vor der Abfahrt nochmals zur Bank in Arcidosso fahren, um den Betrag in bar abzuheben. Die Abrechnung wurde auf einem Schmierzettel vorgelegt, den wir uns nach der Bezahlung unterschreiben ließen. Alles sehr umständlich und nicht korrekt.

The location was lovely and the house was roomy. The weather was cold so we we were unable to take advantage of the pool. The covered patio was very nice. Mirella, the local contact was delightful and helpful.
The Wi-fi was very weak and not available throughout the house. Two of the people in our party needed to work and the Wi fi was not adequate. Also some of the mattresses were very uncomfortable. I found it frustrating to have to read every email and click on every link to know what the final cost would be.
