Spacious and cozy apartment, very quiet. Very good location, close to all sites.

The toilet wasn't working properly, the water ran over, it needs fixing. The mattress was too soft. If you have problems with your back, you'd need to sleep on the floor.

Nothing wrong with the property

The property was advertised for a specific amount in local currency ie Zloty (a GBP equivalent was also mentioned) and it was stated that I would be charged in zloty. My card charges no fees and gives the wholesale fx rate. However the supplier of the property decided to do its own fx deal with its own financier. They charged a poor rate and added on 7.5pct as a fee then charged my card with the poor GBP amount. Neither the supplier nor Booking.com would rectify this clear rip-off. So if you are going to book a place from this supplier and the price says zloty X you should expect to pay zloty X+over 8%

Perfect place. Clean room.

Beautiful big room with everything we needed. The room was perfect for a romantic escape, stunning high ceiling, nicely decorated located in a pretty building very close to all tourist attractions and bars. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who stays in Poznan.
