Upstairs was very spacious and really clean. The pool was great and our kids liked fishing for crabs off the dock! Had everything we needed, was close to everything and owner was very responsive. Downstairs room could be cleaner, could use better towels and new pool furniture, otherwise perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

The inside seemed fairly clean. Carpets need either a deep clean or replacement. I was a bit disappointed with the outside conditions, very uninviting. The gate was broke, fire pit had overgrown shrubs and weeds . Outdoor furniture could be replaced. There was rust on the furniture. The downstairs enclosed fish room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled and had garbage all over. I felt the pictures made everything look better than it was in person. The house was big and spacious.

Great place to stay. Nice neighborhood. A little disappointed with the construction going on across the street. Pretty noisy during the day, but I realize it wasn't the owners fault.

Family vacation. We fished and crabbed on the pier. We swam in the pool. We cooked on the porch. We enjoyed nearby beaches and attractions. Fun times

There was nothing major wrong with the house and the interior was lovely. Nice and cold when we arrived which was appreciated when unloading vehicles going up and down stairs. Yes I know there is an elevator we chose not to use it. There could be better supplies like pool towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies (broom, spray to wipe down counters, more than 1 dishwasher pod, etc). The pool and decks need some upkeep. The plants and trees are overgrown causing lots of leaves in the pool every day and the gates and decking are in not great shape. The pool chairs need replaced as one was missing a leg. I did not alert the owner while there as none of this could be addressed during our stay. We had 1 issue with the master bedroom locking and the owner handled the situation immediately. The house was very clean and that is the most important! The fishing from the dock is plentiful as well.

Being able to take family and not have to spend tons of money by having the pool on location and beach nearby made it an inexpensive home away from home. We cooked in and enjoyed all the room this place has to offer. Kids enjoyed seeing crabs out back—couple made it to the pool (on their own). We will definitely be back to this place!

The house was spacious, in a good neighborhood and in a great location close to local restaurants and activities. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool and the water access. We were 6 adults, a 2 year old and a 10 month old and had plenty of space to hang out. Our only issue is that the house could use a deep clean and had some carpet that could definitely use a deep cleaning (or be removed) and allergies were aggravated because of it.

The house is a perfect getaway. It is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The backyard is perfect with plenty of seating. When you are seating in the yard the rest of the world fades away. The house accomodations all of our needs. We would love to stay again.

We rented this property for us and our 5 children to stay in for Christmas. It was perfect and exactly as listed. Close to town but far enough away for some privacy. Quiet neighborhood. The property is beautiful. The pool, the yard, the dock on the river, and even the little orange trees in the front yard. The inside of the home is equally as beautiful and extremely homey. There were plenty of games to keep the kids occupied for hours. The large kitchen made it a breeze to make meals for our family. The beds were comfortable too which was a plus. We were surprised to see a fully lit and decorated Christmas tree when we walked in the door. Very nice touch. It's exactly 1 hour to New Orleans (on a light traffic day)! Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend Christmas. Thank you!

We enjoyed our time at the house. The weather didn’t cooperate for the nice pool but we were able to purchase some firewood nearby and have a lovely fire in the fire pit. The TVs in each room were wonderful to have.

The property was absolutely beautiful. We were there for four days and had a Halloween themed wedding that turned out just lovely. The space was easy to decorate and use for entertaining and the property owner was prompt to respond to any concerns we had. We fell in love with the charm of the place and have even considered looking for property to purchase down there.!!

We actually came to Bay St Louis to look around because we are relocating very soon and it did not disappoint. We loved the house and the pool and dock were great also. The home is immaculate on the inside and outside. Has a wonderful welcoming and beautiful interior. The yard, pool, boardwalk-walkway to the little stream behind the house is incredible. The outside sitting space is so refreshing and cool after being out and about all day. I can’t say enough about our stay in this home and the beauty of the Gulf Coast in Mississippi.

This was our second stay. It is a clean, relaxing getaway if you just want to chill by a well-maintained private pool. The house is neat and cool with good internet and lots of TVs. Beds are comfy. Unfortunately, those weird flying bugs came early. That was no fault of the property owners, but mind when you book! They are beyond annoying. Fortunately, they avoid the pool to some extent and can be dodged while riding a bicycle. So, overall, we had a nice getaway. Thanks for taking good care of guests!!

The house was nice and good for what we needed. It was large with alot of room to spread out. Outside was perfect for hanging out. The owner was responsive to messages. The only thing was that there was a lot of cameras downstairs, which were not disclosed on the listing, one of which overlooking the entire pool area. Overall it we had a good stay and would recommend staying here!
