Our home is located just 5 minutes from DT and features 3 cozy bedrooms, outdoor dining space, grill, hot tub, a retro Ms. Pac Man arcade game, secure bike storage, and a bike wash station. Get ready to experience Bentonville's best attractions in and out of the saddle at The Coler House! The Space: The space: Step into our cozy home away from home, located in the heart of Bentonville just a few pedals away from the Coler MTB Trail. When you're out of the saddle, relax in our spacious living room - complete with a plush sectional, large windows, a 65" Smart TV, and a retro Ms. Pac-Man arcade game. Entertain your crew in our fully-stocked kitchen, complete with a bar top and the essentials you need to create your favorite meals. Just off the kitchen, you'll find our dining table with plenty of seating for your crew to enjoy a family-style meal alongside a giant map of the Coler MTB trail. Choose from one of our 3 cozy bedrooms - (1) Large master bedroom with a plush King-size bed, 55" Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with heated floors and a walk-in closet. (2) King-size bedroom with a large dresser and spacious closet (3) Queen-size bedroom with spacious closet. All of our bedrooms are stocked with luxe bedding and linens for your stay. At the end of an adventure-packed day, you can look forward to unwinding in our outdoor living space, complete with a fully fenced-in yard, outdoor dining, a gas-powered grill, and a large hot tub spa that seats 6! Other things to note: ★ 1/2 mile to Coler Mountain Bike Preserve South Gateway - hike or bike one of Bentonville's premier trails! ★ 5-minute drive to DT Bentonville & the Bentonville square ★ Hot tub is currently not available for guests. ★ Finished garage with bike racks for secure bike storage - There is no parking in the garage as this is an extra storage and hangout space for guests. ★ Foosball table in garage ★ Cozy, fully-fenced outdoor living space with a dining table, extra seating, and a gas-powered grill ★ Vintage Ms. Pac Man game console in living room ★ Board games and playing cards provided. ★ Located in a quiet neighborhood ★ 3 private bedrooms (1) secluded King-size bedroom with 55" Smart TV and an en suite bathroom (2) King-size bedroom (3) Queen-size bedroom ★ Spacious living area with plush seating, a 65" Smart TV, and a gas fireplace ★ Fully-stocked kitchen ★ Coler MTB art throughout ★ Extra linens and towels during your stay ★ Washer + dryer for guest use ★ Secure bike storage in our garage - available for all guest use! ★ MTB friendly- Bike wash available near garage! ★ Dog Friendly with a small fee. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. The Neighborhood: Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. Other Things to Note: House Rules Strictly Enforced: Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000. Pets discovered at the property without prior notice and payment of the pet fee will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

Great location. Minutes from Pinnacle Country Club. House was very spacious and very clean. Communication with the property management company was very easy and they were responsive. Couple of small issues that we have confidence will be looked into.

The house was a great place to relax with lots of fun things to do.
My only complaint was that there were lots of fragrances when we first walked in. I have chemical allergies though, so I am unusually sensitive. I got a headache from the Bounce fragrance on the bedding, but washed it the second day (without the dryer sheets) and was fine after that.
Altogether, we loved our stay at the Coler house.

This house was amazing. Nice and comfortable in every way. Beds were perfect. The place is accommodating! Great area and close to a lot of entertainment and the bike trails. I have nothing wrong to say about it.

Our family of 5, with 3 boys, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coler house! It was clean, updated and plenty of room with 2 king beds and a queen! It was a blast having the Ms.Pacman arcade in the living room for after long bike rides we could come back and have family tournaments! It was a nice touch that shampoo, conditioner, body wash included and ample TP :) It was a short bike ride to downtown area (note: you do have to cross a busy street but there is a nice bike lane leading up to it and then just cross in a group like a car). Great storage for bikes in the garage and fenced in yard for dogs. Excellent stay and we would go back!

This is a fantastic VRBO—from comfy beds to location. This house has it all. I stayed with friends and pets, and we all enjoyed the back patio and fenced in yard. The neighborhood was great for morning walks and evenings on the patio.

Great location. Felt close to everything we wanted to do in Bentonville. Extremely clean. Excellent amenities with the hot tub and bike garage. It worked great for our family.

Had a great stay. Loved the maps on the wall. They helped with making ride plans for the day. It was nice being able to pedal to the trailheads. The hot tub was not warm when we arrived. Had to heat it overnight. Would have been nice if it was heated on our arrival.

Loved the location and bike garage. We came for the Girls Gone Gravel festival held at Coler pavilion, so it was an easy spin down the hill. The bed was comfortable and home had everything we needed, also super close to restaurants. Will absolutely stay again.

Perfect location. Stayed for thansgiving and had a great time.
Even though we only needed two bedrooms, it was worth the added cost to stay in this house. Just far enough away from town to not have all the traffic but close enough to walk or ride our bikes. Super close to all of the riding. House is decorated perfect for biking and we loved the hot tub. Beds and bedding were excellent. Perfect all the way around. Will be staying again.

My family enjoyed the home, just a few minutes from downtown Bentonville and right off the trails. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. The house worked out well for us having a pup with it’s fenced backyard. The beds are comfortable but just note there is only a tv in the master bedroom. So if you have kids bring extra devices, otherwise the front room tv was large and also has a x-large bean bag that my kids loved laying around and sleeping in. Nice home for a family trip to explore the biking and outdoor world of Bentonville.

Perfect!
Great location! Easy access for mountain biking, both Slaughter Pen and Coler were within 10-15 mins pedaling from the house. The house has a nice layout and we really enjoyed the hot tub!
My whole group enjoyed the property and would certainly stay there again.

This house is located in a great neighborhood, which is very. Close to the Coler south gate. Also has easy access to the Bentonville square and the Slaughter Pen trails. I would definitely stay at this house again.

This will be our go to home away from home when we come back to Bentonville. The house is exceptionally clean, in a very nice neighborhood, in an excellent location. A biking lovers house for sure! Plenty of bike storage inside a spacious garage with lots of bike storage. The inside of the home was very clean, well furnished and the beds were very comfy! Already planning our next trip.
