Ideal location and top notch accommodation in Central Bentonville.

There are few stays where you feel like someone really tried to cover all the bases - this is one of them. This is an apartment where you could live. . . Well-equipped kitchen, room to move, comfortable furniture washer dryer, kettle and coffee maker. There are laundry baskets, baby crib, throw blankets and pillows - just like home. There was a great selection of tea (I’m a tea drinker and this is an anomaly!!), laundry soap, sponge and dish towels, hand cream, etc, etc. And, then, I haven’t said anything about location. The unit is half a block from hopping Peddler’s Pub that had great food, beer and service. It is four or five blocks from the “center” of downtown. Very walkable. There is a park half a block away. We walked to the Crystal Bridges Museum (don’t miss!).

I would have preferred a table for eating in lieu of the bar table/counter option. The door code was ten digits, which would have been fine if it were MY phone number, but was a bit of nuisance since it was random. We were frustrated with the wifi. Turns out there were two options. The instruction card had us logging in to a Vacasa server that kept kicking us out and was very irritating. When we first tried the Bourdain login, it didn’t come up as an option, but in our frustration we later found it and had no problem. Our payment and confirmation was chaotic. We were on the road and reserved the day before from a campground. We were instructed that we needed to print the rental agreement, sign it and send back. We also had trouble getting our payment to go through. I spent way too much time on hold and on the phone on the payment issue - then got the email with the rental agreement demand. Finally they sent me a link where I could sign online. These instructions need to be reviewed and streamlined for user ease.

Wonderful stay at the Bourdain!

The location was perfect; we were able to walk to restaurants, bars, etc. Wish we'd brought our bikes!

great location in super cute, comfy, dog friendly property

love the bordain theme, loved the layout of the place with the additional two beds upstairs for our little boys, everything was clean and well thought out, loved that we could bring our doggy along. i would stay here again, it was a great find. walking distance to some great spots to eat

only thing missing was a patio of sorts but since we spent all day outside we didnt really miss it. when vascasa sends the emails they post all the recent communciations every single time and you have to scroll to get to the most recent update, which is confusing and hard to see what the message was about

Very good, would consider staying again if a lower price

Location excellent, parking easy, airconditioning effective (but see below), well appointed kitchen.

Booking.com hides the true cost: I went from $350 for 4 nights to $780 once taxes as cleaning fees were added- it is quite sneaky. Then I had to sign a separate rental agreement before they'd tell me the address. For the property, I couldn't turn off the LED lights on the airconditioners which was annoying at night (very bright). And the fry pans are that non-stick stuff, instead of stainless steel or cast-iron (there was one cast iron skilled but it was in poor condition).
