Having previously stayed at Borgo del Cabreo, I wanted to experience Pietra del Cabreo this time. It turned out to be a wonderful stay from start to finish.
I recommend travelling to Greve in Chianti by rental car, so you can explore the beautiful Tuscan landscape surrounding the property. The area is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards as far as the eye can see.
The service at Pietra del Cabreo is absolutely impeccable. The rooms are spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic – with an impressive selection of gluten-free options.
The restaurant is also an experience in itself. It offers a culinary dining experience with exciting dishes, well-executed flavour combinations, and excellent accommodation for allergies.
The pool and pool area are a must, and the winery is absolutely worth a visit. I am already looking forward to coming back.

The property itself is beautiful and in an amazing location. The staff were generally very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is good and great facilities such as the pool.
We had a power cut whilst we were there which affected our stay and resulted in us having to cancel our dinner reservation and we had to stay in with no power for a couple of hours. It is quite expensive.

Beautiful setting with lovely gardens, pool and pool area. Our room was well appointed with a magnificent view over the countryside. All the staff were invariably friendly and helpful.
Nothing.
