Lovely welcome from Brandy when we arrived. Lots of information given and tasty cookies on arrival.
Great location, walkable to shops, restaurants and bars.
We enjoyed a bike ride using the free bikes on offer, easy access.
Great easy parking.
We loved the comfort of the room, and the exterior area with our own fire pit.
Becky’s made a fabulous breakfast, it was clean, plentiful and tasty. The best choice and quality of breakfast we have experienced in New England. She was kind, interesting and very friendly, it made our stay!
Ambient lighting, music and gorgeous log fire in the evening. The property is comfortable and stylish.

it's a historic property, so there are things that they can't get around, like a very small bathroom and shower.

We loved the privacy of the cabins, the breakfast each morning and the location!
The cabin lighting was off. Some of the light switches worked and also only half the lights worked inside. However there was a huge window that let in natural light nicely! The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. And our fire pit was broken, but repaired in a timely manner!

The B&B was decent, with a spacious room and the nice bonus of complimentary bicycles.
The B&B was just okay, nice property, but not worth the price. For the same cost, we could’ve stayed somewhere waterfront. The room was noisy from 6:30am due to traffic on the main street, and nearby construction started at 8am, which we weren’t informed about. Limited staff presence made it hard to get assistance, and while the photos show a pristine space, the place felt worn. Breakfast was average, and the bathroom was extremely small. Overall, not good value, we wouldn’t return.
