The apartment was clean, is spacious and has very comfortable furniture and bedding. It’s located in a quiet family neighborhood with a heated pool, which we appreciated.
The apartment is older and could use a little TLC (example: the leaky kitchen faucet and the broken screen door handle need to be repaired/replaced).

Perfect location for us
If I had to say anything, I would just say I would like all white towels and unfortunately, the blow dryer didn’t work. I didn’t find that out until the last day before I was leaving not a big deal just so you know.

We had a fantastic time staying at CozyNest2. From start to finish everything exceeded our expectations.
The host was very responsive. The condo was nice and clean, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. It was very spacious inside. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and also had a very nice espresso coffee machine. We used the screen patio a lot to just sit and relax and enjoy the lake view. The access to the pool cannot be beat. It is literally around the corner and not that many people were in it.
The location of this place was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shops, as well as morning or evening walks. The entire neighborhood was very quiet.
Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend this place.

This home is in a quiet townhouse neighborhood. It is close to shopping centers and major roads. The home is quite large and would work for a family (except see note below about the kitchen). The bed in the master was comfortable and there were extra linens. It was also great to have laundry in the home. We didn't use the other bedrooms, so I cannot comment on their comfort.
The home was suffering from a bit of neglect. The kitchen had average items for use. Only 4 each of utensils, the ice maker didn't work and the stools at the kitchen bar were so high you couldn't use them. Also, there was food left behind by other guests like open cereal and chips. Those should have been discarded. The A/C was weird in that it was either bowing like a 50 mph wind or not on at all. The master bath is pretty but not easy to use. Sink is too high and the shower is really hard to regulate. Some of the furniture looked chewed on by a dog. An update on some of these things would go long way to making this a really nice rental.
