We came to Delray for the Beatles fest. This house percectly fit our needs.

The area of this property is not for those who want a nice quiet stay. The music at night from area homes was very loud and “base thumping”.
There are roosters in a yard near by that can be heard in the morning. We did not use the back yard or fire pit at all.
The house/property was comfortable and provided our basic needs.
The washer/dryer combo was not good. We woke up to water all over the kitchen and the towels ( that were used clean up water from the shower that also leaked) did not seem clean nor dry.
Do not recommending walking around after dark. Take Uber to downtown Delray.
And be careful with pulling in and out of driveway. The bushes around the property are great for privacy but make it very hard to see cars or people when leaving the driveway.
