About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Rosa’s Lush Garden Side (Unit A) — the larger front duplex unit in quiet Pineapple Grove. Private entry, a big fenced backyard, and a true 2 bed / 2 bath layout with easy reach to downtown and the sand.
Delray Beach is the classic Palm Beach County beach town: Atlantic Avenue for dinner, drinks, galleries, and people-watching, then a few minutes to the beach for chairs, umbrellas, and saltwater. Pineapple Grove is the art district with more cafes and restaurants, very short walk from the home.
Inside: open living–dining and a fully stocked kitchen with Nespresso plus capsules, French doors from the kitchen to the back patio, and another set from the second bedroom outdoors. That bedroom has an en-suite full bath with a tub and bluetooth speakers. Down the hall, another freshly remodeled bath with a rain shower; across from it, a massive primary with a queen plus twin + trundle for the whole family. Both bathrooms are fully redone — modern and a little posh. Dressers, closets, beach towels, outdoor furniture, and games included.
This is the quieter side: the master sits farther from the rail corridor. More parking too — front lawn and street on a calm block. Publix is walkable; Whole Foods a short drive; PBI ~22 minutes. Entire Unit A is yours. Freebie ride share comes to this area, use the app to get pickup.
