I had the entire hotel for myself, all the other rooms were empty. One of many reasons why I had a fantastic stay! The staff was extremely kind and always eager to help, the food was very good, and the courtyard + swimming pool were very nice. The location was also great: I had a guide pick me up to drive me to Mt. Kilimanjaro as well as Arusha National Park, and the drive was never more than two hours. The city center and the train stations are also not too far—and they're must-sees!

Very friendly and helpful staff who all spoke quite good English. Agnes and her team were excellent and very helpful . They helped us with a reliable tuk tuk driver and other questions.
Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Plenty of fresh fruits/ juice fresh Coffee and yummy pancakes and Spanish omelet.
Lunch and dinner options for local Swahili food and staff available all day .
They had a lovely bar for beers , cocktails and comfortable lounge area.
The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing swim in the mid day and afternoon
Agnes her team were excellent and very helpful.
The accomodation was very clean and comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again if we were staying in Moshi .
Not much we knew it was a bit out of town but very quiet and peaceful.
