Very comfortable beds, very homely would definitely go again.

Would be better if there was a gate to get in and out of site at the back near the amusements.

Functional, all fine generally.

Compact but functional. Hosts were helpful about extending for 2 days more. Good sized fridge, hob, oven. Well stocked with cutlery and crockery, though plates were impressively heavy. Good array of cookware. The pay-as-you-go electric metre was very fairly calibrated, not over-egged. Parking is right by the chalet, though I imagine in summer you could be fighting for it. As this sort of holiday park goes, it was nice enough, and for non-disabled people would be great.

No real privacy; neighbours very close and all around. No heating, and no washing machine! Which meant no laundry for me, as I am in a wheelchair and could not have gone to a laundromat. TO BE FAIR, the chalet was not advertised as wheelchair friendly; I was desperate for somewhere to stay before my new flat would be ready, lol! ... I thought there would be a weekly turnover of the flat (new bedding, quick clean) as I was there over 3 weeks, and normally after a week's guests the owners would have had to do it anyway, but no. Cleaning is very difficult for me in a wheelchair, esp in confined spaces, and at eye level (microwave on top of fridge - could not see inside it), and while the chalet is roomy for one or two, it's not made for wheelchairs and I had to move furniture around in order to create easier access. Even then I was having to wiggle around to manoeuvre around the chalet. Not recommended for wheelchair users, esp the two steps to get into the chalet - required standing up to heave the wheelchair up and in.

Lovely clean comfortable chalet. Close to Hemsby beach. The chalet park is tidy and we had a great stay.

Bad chalet

The nearness to the sea.

Matresses on all beds were springs with no padding. No shower, only a hand held shower and bath, but no hot water apart from, literally, a trickle. The bath took over half an hour to fill. The cupboards stank - mold and damp. The owner forgot to let Booking.com know they had changed the keysafe code so couldn't get in. Owners out so did not answering phone. Eventually they rang us with the code. Took 3/4 hour to get into chalet. The owners ignored our problem with the shower and never rang us back. The furniture was old, as was the decor by possibly 40 years. It was horrible. We feel a large part of the cost of the chalet should be refunded. What is Booking.com thinking of, having that chalet on their books. The air freshener kept making a loud noise every 10 mins or so but was empty. No lampin the sitting room, and no bedside lamps.
