Me and the family had a wonderful stay at the chalet recently! The atmosphere was incredibly cosy, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities I needed readily available. I can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway!

Little touches like the hand soap, bath towels, tea towels etc that were all provided. Very clean.

Didn't have coasters. The place was so nice didn't want to leave cup marks. We made some make shift ones.

Lovely clean and modern chalet in a great location!

Really clean and modern! Loved all the extra little touches like sauces, tea, coffee, biscuits, shampoos, sprays etc which were great along with all the available cleaning products and full range of kitchen equipment available. Had an amazing stay at this chalet, we have been 3 times to hemsby and it’s the best we’ve stayed in yet! Thank you. Will be sure to re-book!

Fab holiday at 78 florida holiday chalet

78 florida holiday park was so clean bright comfortable. It had everything that was needed and more. the children's bedroom was large and spacious for them to play . There was towels and coffee tea snacks for the children. Dvds games books. Ironing board and iron and lots of extra things that was so helpful to us . Lovely area safe for the children to play outside . Perfect for us we had a lovely holiday and so pleased with the chalet .thankyou Davd and frankie

Good stay and very good value for money would stay again in the warmer months.

The chalet was well equipped and in a fantastic location with the centre of hemsby just a short walk away.

The chalet was very cold at night and would cost a fortune to have the heaters on all night , the main bedroom was quite damp in the mornings. There wasn't a clubhouse or shop on the site although it's a short walk to bermuda club which is great for families.

Lovely little chalet, comfortable and well-provisioned.

Nicely furnished chalet with additional WiFi. Good shower and cooker. Games, books and DVDs provided. Beds and bedding comfortable. Kitchen well-equipped. Nice to have cleaning items provided.

Electric costs additional by coin-fed meter only. Little storage. No hooks on the backs of bedrooms/bathroom doors - would help with storage problem. One of the battery-operated lights in the bunk room did not work - I think all lights should be tested in-between let's to ensure all bulbs etc are working.

The chatel was brilliant and we'll equipped with everything you need. Very clean and spacious. We'll positioned for the shops and more importantly the beach. ☺️

Holiday at Hemsby I couldn’t give a review on the staff as I’ve never met anyone

I stayed in many a chalet at the Florida site but I must omit this was one of the cleanest and the owners couldn’t do enough for you and the extra bonus was towels and flannels which you normally have to bring with you on the whole and excellence chalet

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like about this chalet

Chalet had everything we needed for our stay.Very clean.Beds and pillows very comfy.Washing up liquid and basic cleaning products provided.Sachets of tea,coffee,sugar etc,also condiment sachets were a nice extra touch.

Excellent facilities! Quite a bargain for the price

The facilities were excellent. Host was quite accommodating with additional requests after arrival.

Nothing with the chalet itself but more due to location. The side road was quite narrow with overgrown bushes on either side. Being a two way street (room only for one vehicle), and poor view of oncoming traffic, getting out of the park was quite risky - almost met with an accident due to this.

Enjoyable

Spacious and well planned accommodation, pleasantly furnished and well equipped. Generous supplies available for tea and coffee making etc,, cleaning and sanitising.

We would have found it helpful to have instructions for the use of the microwave, oven and DVD player. An oven glove would have been useful.

A lovely chalet in a quiet peaceful resort during Autumn. Well equipped and attaractive.

Location is great about 10mins slow walk to the beach (Newport or Hemsby), there is plenty of food takeaway places offering good value and a coop not too far for essentials. The property is easy to find and plenty of parking (autumn). Property is in brilliant condition (decoration and furnishings), welcoming feel, spacious, clean and looks attractive. Well equiped in the kitchen and in the bedrooms, with movies and kids entertainment in the lounge. Shower lovely and hot.

To be honest it was a lovely stay, but for the two of us cold people, it was too cold. Not that we would not choose to return, just that this would factor into our plans. There were heaters in each room, with a couple of extras in the cupboards. However oilfilled heaters, whilst they got very hot, did nothing for the room. The only fan heater probably took all the money in the meter. Because of the lack of heat, the electric meter was a massive factor, and it does not take money at the same rate, so its hard to see how much we needed each day. In total for the first week of october (m-f) we spent £17 (Mon £7 + Tues £4 + Wed £0 + Thurs £6) Basically apart from Cups of Tea, Wednesday was the day we cooked having takeaways the rest. So only really phone charging and heating.
