Kinda cool.

The room was very spacious. Beds comfortable.

Very dated, 30 years ago this was a very nice place to stay. Could use a lot of updates. Curtains in my toom had many holes in black out curtains. Carpet had a lot of ware as did sofas. Breakfast was not bad, just lacked options, we ate breakfast somewhere else.

Price was reasonable and location was close to convention center.

All the construction and fans running. Unexpected fire alarm due to broken pipe? Construction. Breakfast was quite limited. Waffles or fresh fruit would be nice.

Room was great but not sure I’ll stay here again

The inside was comfortable

The outside parking lot smelled so bad like sewage and rotten diapers the inside was okay but kind of outdated and boring.

I will never stay here again and the fact I wouldn’t get a refund if I canceled is obsurd

It didn’t resemble the picture at all. There was a flood so the place has a weird smell. The service was terrible. He gave us a room that didn’t exist at first and tried to go through to different rooms to check if they were vacant, he had no knowledge of the property and the room he tried to give us wasn’t what we reserved, it was one bed, terrible odor and extremely humid

Won’t be staying again

Location is good. This is all this hotel has going for it.

Hotel is out dated. It’s the original wallpaper and caret from 10 years ago. The value isn’t worth over 100 a night for very dated rooms. The front staff was very rude upon checking out. They were too busy on their cell phone to help.

It's a place to sleep. Good but not great.

The lobby is beautiful and inviting. Staff was friendly.

The rooms were dirty and need maintenance. We've stayed in a few rooms and in each room the wall paper was coming off the walls. The breakfast options were sad.

Disappointing

The location is way off point and we didn’t stay for breakfast because the smell in the hotel and room was offensive

There was no ice on our floor, parking lot is poorly lit and we didn’t get complimentary water.

They charged a $50 daily deposit on our charge for any damage. But next day it was credited.

Our room was lovely. The lobby was lovely. Could be so much better with a little more attention to detail.

Location. Lobby was beautiful. Room was huge and clean. Beds were nice.

Bit of an odor in the lobby/hall area. Cold breakfast was very minimal. Some kind of repairs going on in what used to be the attached casino that involved water leaking from the ceiling into a bucket.

Won’t stay there again

Location

It was so hot in the rooms and with the large waterfall in the atrium made it very humid in the room as well. You couldn’t set the a/c it just had heat and cool lever which I put it all the way to the bottom of cool. The airflow was poor from the ceiling vent. I had to go to Walmart and purchase a fan. I asked the front desk if there was a possible solution but he didn’t have one (was hoping maybe to be moved to a lower floor and they had rooms available).

We were well looked after and enjoyed our stay.

It was clean, the staff were good natured. This is an impressive hotel both from its outside appearance and the vast interior space. It gives a good feel to be there. It was very clean and well appointed.

Bad

The staff was unbelievably rude! I was yelled at and bullied for a misunderstanding and the customer service representative did not stop yelling or even try to help fix the situation until my husband came down. He sent 4 security men to kick us out of our room. Scared my children and myself! It was completely uncalled for. Then the next day while waiting for my car to get fixed, housekeeping and front desk personnel just walked into my room. It was 10 am. Well before check out time! We will never be back to this place!

Very pleasant.

Great check in and check out. On our return trip we call to reserve a night, but was told they did not have proper staffing to book customer. We ended up staying some place else.

Peaceful, and friendly. Overall great experience.

I liked the aesthetic and build of the overall structure. The elevator makes it 100% better. When you walk in it looks like a boujee a** hotel!

The free breakfast provided could be a bit more than just a few options. I would like to see some hot prepared foods as well. I wish there was a swimming pool/hot tub for the children and us adults who enjoy a nice soak in the hot waters. The rooms aren’t that bad and personally they are very nice. I think they can benefit from a few touches that make the room a bit more functional.

Would stay there again, Hopefully the waterfall is working!

When you first walk in the Motel it looks very clean and it is very quiet. The glass elevator with its lights all lit up look like you are in a movie. The lobby is huge. The rooms are huge! The beds are comfortable. We were on the 6th floor. At night the lights from the city looked beautiful!! It is not very far from the shops or the mall.

If the 3 story waterfall had been working and did not give off a smell, It would have been a great assist to the Motel Lobby!! The ice machine on our floor was not working and the vending machine was gone. There was not a microwave in the room to warm up what you had in the refrigerator.

the tub didn’t have a stopper. The front desk was not helpful about it. She said maintenance would be in the next day after we were gone. The breakfast bread products were all stale and they did not have adequate utensils for what was offered

Stay was Great in the tower!

I was very impressed with the hotel! Wish the breakfast was hot! Beds were comfortable and it was a very quiet place. I would stay there again. But, I did request to stay in the towers by the lobby so therfore I am unable to say how the other rooms look.
