The pool
While rooms was not clean beds was not made and garbage in both rooms we had got put in to was not clean and their was trash in the room we got put in to. And asked for a refund and they said we would get a two nights for free but we still got charged for those two nights and we don’t understand why we did!!

I was treated like a idiot and was very uncomfortable around the staff as it was dirty and smelled bad
It smelled bad the food was late in the morning and the towels were dirty

Not sure if this was the case with all the rooms. To begin with they gave us room next to the elevators, it felt like an earthquake every time it moved through out the night. To add on, there was no soap, body wash. Not a single tissue box. Oh and they don’t provide water bottles. Also poor customer service at the front desk. We will stay away from them next time we are on a trip.

I was running late to the hotel and it was a long drive. I called to let them know I wasn’t gonna be there very early. They canceled my reservation and still charged me for the room.

Good grassy area close to exit for dog relief. Quiet area. Could park close to entry. Clean.
Bed with no cushion, hard for side sleeper.

Easy check in. Room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Nice accomodations clean and quiet
First nonsmoking room had strong odor of marijuana and scented air freshener. Male desk clerk was not helpful but female clerk did give us another room.

I love the room size! The staff was quick and attentive, everything was clean and updated!!
There was nothing I noticed to not want to stay here again !!

It was great to have full breakfast again. Food was good.
Price on line was $20 less than the actual price we paid. When I called the reservation desk to book it she kept trying to tell me it was $50 more. I ended up on booking.com for the price we paid. It was hard to navigate the confirmation but eventually it did work out.

The breakfast was good with a lot of nice choices. Also I really like the fitness room. The staff is friendly and efficient.
I would like to see the breakfast hours to be extended to at least 9:30. They were basically out of scrambled eggs when I got there around 8:45. Our bathroom sink drained very slowly.

Nothing really
The water in the shower was not hot , just barely warm, while the sink had really hot water. The room was dirty. Dog hair on the chairs. The wall and ceiling in bathroom was dirty and falling apart. The carpet dirty. Never replenished the coffee and cups when we asked them to. The fridge froze everything and couldn't be regulated .
