I stayed while my husband received medical care at St. Vincents. I was so impressed with the facility and staff. I had to change my departure a couple of times and they were MORE than accommodating. They adjusted the original rate to a medical discount. I will stay here any time I am in Billings. Loved the experience!
I was there for 5 days w/o room cleaning but I didn't request anything so I understand and I know if I'd have asked I could have received service.

The price?
The bed to hard. The walk in shower needed bars, and a handheld shower head. The breakfast was dry.
