I liked that it has a really nice back garden which is not really advertised in the list. It’s a really cosy house.
I would say we didn’t really like how small the 3rd bedroom was the one with the single bed but we worked around it.!

Ms Annabelle and the team were excellent. Rang to check to make sure we were comfortable, which doesn’t often happen on Belfast busiest weekends of the year.
The property had a sign to say this is a private parking, yet car were parked outside and as it was a residential area we didn’t want to offend anyone by taking their car space and we end up parking further away.

The location to the city centre we walked it on consecutive days in under 30 minutes each time, coming back late at night with no problems.
The H & W cranes are about a 15 minute walk.
Tv and wi fi worked well
We thought the on road parking might be an issue, but never had any problems always managing to get quite near to the property,

They answered fast, wifi, smart tv, and a back garden.
I couldn't control the thermostat, the house was cold most of the time.
The house had a weird smell when we got there.
They could have hoovered the carpet, and the bathroom could have had a deep clean.
