Very clean place with polite staff. Big room, everything you need in the kitchen is here for you, there is also washing machines in the basement which is also very convenient (but please note that you will need your own washing supplies). There is also an elevator if you need it.
Check in & out process is clear and fast.
Also, we want to notice that when you live 7+ days here, the room cleaning will be offered and in our case this was a really perfect cleaning, the cleaning woman was very polite and patiently waited until it was convenient for us to leave the room for the cleaning.
The surroundings are also nice, there is a nice park where you can walk just in 5 minutes from the hotel. The S-Bahn station is even less, like 3 minutes walk.
The only thing I need to warn about that if your room is facing railways, it’s pretty loud here with opened windows. If they are closed, you won’t hear anything.

Located near S-bahn stop giving us easy access to the city center and regional trains. Near a little market where we could get ample supplies for meals. Well equiped kitchen for making most meals. Free laundry facilities was a big plus.
The beds separated and as a couple who enjoy cuddling it wasn't great. Smoking outside would come up to our room. It would be nice to have separate areas for smokers. No receptionist every time I checked. I would have liked more coffee available.

Excellent location just a couple of minutes from the station. Unfortunately engineering works meant the trip into central Munich was much more tricky than it should be but even then it wasn’t too much hassle due to the fan location. It was clean and tidy with a fridge, stove and everything needed to make your stay.
