very nice, relaxing, excellent view especially on the balcony.
toilet in the hall bathroom had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop running. this is a minor fix and a minor irritation, but still had to be done. also, the keurig needed to be descaled.

Room was nice and clean. Location was fantastic. It had everything we needed. Great communication from the host. He was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!
Would prefer bigger TVs in the bedrooms but it was no big deal at all. TV in living room was a great size.

It was very peaceful and clean! A lot of space, the scenery was beautiful! Very convenient being downtown! The beds were really comfy!!

The location was perfect, only a short walk from downtown Gatlinburg yet off of the beaten path. Parking was safe and well lit, and the condo had one designated parking space in the covered garage while the open lot was available for any extra vehicles. The condo was well decorated and had everything we could need, including a list of the owner's personal recommendations for area attractions, restaurants, etc.
We have nothing negative to say about our stay. It truly exceeded our expectations.
