Family vacation

Everybody loved everything about this beautiful cabin. So I think on the cake was the bear family that came to the fire pit. With that being said we did not use the fire pit or the hot tub.

Everything to this property was amazing, the whole family loved it, really really nice, clean, amazing views, only thing that everybody complaint about was the hot water and water pressure on the second floor, everybody up there had to go downstairs to take showers, other than it was perfect!!!

Home was Beautiful. Fantastic View. Better than the photos. Clean and well kept. High quality property, furnishings and appliances. Be mindful of bears that live on property. Could use water filtration system and towel bars in bathroom. Management company very helpful and accommodating. Should clean out dryer vent.

Our family can’t wait to visit The Lodge of Gatlinburg again! From the great room, to bedrooms, etc. everything was done so beautifully. We loved it and couldn’t be happier with the choice we made! You will not find a view like it anywhere else!

Our family of 13 found this to be a very spacious home with privacy in all bedrooms. The family room was nice but not enough seating (seating for 7). The views were breathtaking, our smores night was wonderful. The lodge needs to be cleaned, spider webs hanging from light fixtures and even one from the 20 plus foot ceiling to the sofa, front porch dirty. We had 13 people, and not enough knives and no steak knives. We used the grill and had a great steak night. The towels were pitiful, so thin you could see thru them. Those need to be replaced. However, overall our stay was very enjoyable and our family had a great time being together.

Our family of 17 rented the Lodge for a wedding and it was spectacular. Clean, fully equipped, 20 min from downtown Gatlinburg. Beware roads are steep getting up to it but so worth it. Kids loved arcade, pool table, hot tub.

Our family trip to this cabin was absolutely amazing! The pictures of this place and the views don’t do it justice! Customer service was very nice and anytime we had a problem they were prompt on fixing the issue! We will be back again!

Friends Weekend Getaway

The cabin was absolutely amazing! The pictures online do not do it justice. We did a weekend getaway with 10 adults and 8 children. Never one time did we feel cramped in the cabin. There were plenty of amenities in the cabin that kept everyone occupied for the entire weekend. And we had a range of ages from 4 years to 12 years. We had a blast and will certainly look at this cabin when we rent again!

The home was absolutely gorgeous! Wonderful kitchen facilities making it a breeze to cook for 12 people....except for the fact that there was not a 2nd refrigerator. (bring coolers) The outside decks made enjoying the gorgeous view so relaxing and enjoying. We were lucky enough to see 2 bear our second night. They sauntered 5 feet behind the fire pit right across the cement slab!

Great time had by all.

The Lodge of Gatlinberg...can you say massive!

The house was extremely massive & elegant. Had so much to keep busy if you planned on staying in a lot. The view was amazing & spectacular. I didn’t realize you needed 4 wheel drive when I booked it , so the drive was scary to get there but well worth it. House was so gigantic that the heat had a hard time getting over 66 when it was in the 20s & below, but I’m sure if it was warmer that would not have been an issue with the kids & less than 6 month old. I would definitely recommend this to everyone, it was a beautiful home. I would gladly stay again during the summer & with a four wheel drive vehicle! It was an amazing house to appreciate in its entirety. I understand why it would be named The Lodge of Gatlinberg.

The Lodge of Gatlinburg is awesome. The photos online are gorgeous but the cabin is even more beautiful!! Has to be the most beautiful view in all of the Smokies. Perfect for our 5 teenagers. They loved the pool table and arcade games. Plenty of space for our group of 14. We each had our bedroom and bathroom which was very nice.

The Lodge was just beautiful, spacious and just what our crew of 15 needed. Hot tub needed attention but Eden Crest was right on it and it was repaired the next day. Kids and adults enjoyed the game room and all the numerous games. Even had a friendly competition throughout the week. OH....and lets not forget our 4 legged furry friend that came to visit and left his mark; but it wouldn't have been a Gatlinburg visit if we hadn't got to see him up close and personal. No one will forget that encounter. Yes, it was a vacation that will always be remembered. Only draw back was that drive up and down the road to civilization. But well worth it!!!

The minute we walked into this cabin we were immediately in heaven!! The views, the amenities, etc.
I had my wedding weekend here and every single person had a wonderful time and complimented the cabin. The drive up the mountain is a hike, but take your time and follow the directions and you’ll be just fine!
Yes, Mr. Bear does come to visit and he’s so awesome to see from inside or the deck, lol. So please follow their instructions and keep trash inside or locked in the cans outside, don’t feed them or approach them, and keep your dogs close! We got some great video and pictures of the bear which I’ll never forget!
I HIGHLY recommend The Lodge of Gatlinburg and we can’t wait to go back!!

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Our rental was clean and well furnished with plenty of space for our entire family. The kids loved the game room and making s’mores over the fire pit. We were even visited by a family of raccoons

This cabin (home) is a lot bigger than the pictures and has an awesome view. Very warm and welcoming. We had our whole family there and it never seemed crowed. The game room was a bonus for the teenagers. We even had a bear sighting. I would definitely recommend this place and even considering booking it next year.

This cabin was perfect for our 13 person hiking group. Everyone enjoyed the weekend there. The location and view were awesome and it had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it for any large group wanting to have a great stay in the Smokies.

WE WERE LITERALLY OBSESSED WITH THIS CABIN. IT WAS GORGEOUS, CLEAN, AND PERFECT FOR OUR PARTY OF 15. IF YOU HAVE KIDS, THIS CABIN IS HANDS DOWN FOR YOU. THE BASEMENT IS LITERALLY FILLED WITH ACTIVITIES FOR KIDDOS. OUR KIDS PREFERRED TO BE AT THE CABIN SOME DAY RATHER THAN GO DO ACTIVITIES IN TOWN. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT AS WELL - JUST ABOUT 20 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN GATLINBURG. WILL DEFINITELY STAY AT 808 PINNACLE VISTA RD AGAIN.

What a beautiful home! All of the guests were comfortable and thrilled with the home and it's location. The fire pit was perfect! The games were a big hit with the kids (and some adults)!!! The hot tub was a big hit as well.

One suggestion I have is to upgrade the towels. They were all so small and rough. A house so beautiful and fancy should definitely have better towels!
We also could not find any extra kitchen trash bags or sponges for the dishes. We ended up using bathroom trash bags.

Great home, would definitely stay there again!!
