Great until the last day with the above listed reasons.

Location was great. Located on the mountain but secluded. The creek running through the property was a nice touch.

We booked the property because we were getting married on top of the mountain, heavenly views was our wedding venue. A day after the wedding I called the rental company and requested for them to pick up the trash. I explained that we got married and had more trash than what would fit in the bear dumpster. I allowed access to the cabin for them to grab some trash bags, boxes and left over wedding cake. The maintenance guys that picked everything up told management we had our wedding their causing a phone call to take place with the rental company threatening to sue for any damages. After we spoke with the boss of the rental company we quickly received apologies for the misinterpretation. It was also stated that there were cameras on the property which we knew nothing about so hopefully they got a good show.

Great location but lacked some general maintenance that would have made our stay worth the money

The property was located in a great spot with a small stream flowing thru. The area was quiet and the house had plenty of room and was clean.

It was a bit of a chore to get a hold of the property to get the info for collecting the keys. The person I spoke to was a bit rude when I called and asked how to get the keys. Also, the door/ keypad stuck everytime we tried to unlock and required quite a bit of effort to open. There were quite a few things that needed repairs: hot tub, garbage disposal, hot water in bathrooms was hit or miss, fireplace did not work.

The hot tub had what appeared to be dead skin in it, the upstairs bed was very uncomfortable, the lighting was awful and several lights did not work.

Not that good of a weekend with the family.

Peaceful and great for kids. The hot tube was nice.

TV in one room didn't work, Fire place didn't work, master bedroom toleit didn't flush, and trying to call guests service was a hassle... when they picked up. Police showed up when the alarm went off because I wasn't given the alarm code.

Poor

The only thing remotely nice about this property, was the running creek outside. It was so peaceful sounding. That’s the only good review I can give.

I just want to say, I paid $400 or more for a 2 night stay here. Had to have 3 different codes to get in the place! When We finally got in, the security system people called the property asking why the alarm was going off, if I could give them a voice code, I had nothing to give them, I was given nothing other than the number to disarm the alarm and my door code! The lady still acted like I was lying!! Even though I told her I had a code to get into the cabin! Let’s move on to the Nasty, stinky, broken down couch! It REEKED of cat and dog urine as well as the area rug in the floor! There was railing missing from the very steep stairs! Had we had children with us, that could have been dangerous! Also, the sliding patio door was rigged with a tobacco stick to close it. The jacuzzi tub up stairs had a plug that wouldn’t plug the drain, the ceiling fan in the bedroom downstairs would stay on, the remote for it didn’t work right! We also got an extra blanket out of the closet that smelled like a dog!! I could have puked! It was disgusting! I’m normally not a picky person in the least. As long as it’s clean and has the necessities that are needed I’m good. But, this was terrible. I’ve never stayed anywhere that bad. I’ll be putting this on Booking.com, as that is where I made my booking through. I feel like I spent entirely too much money for this. Very, very disappointed!
