Everything is new and it is completely spotless and fully equipped with all cooking utensils, linens and towels being top quality brands. Bedrooms: Beautifully and newly furnished, this open floor plan home is tastefully designed with a Master Bedroom hosting a king-sized bed with all new bedding and a bathroom en suite. The second master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 full-sized beds. All bedrooms have new flat-panel HDTVs. This impressive Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests in beds as well as it offers a Covered Lanai facing the lake to enjoy a great view and watch the fireworks from Sea World. Living, Dining: The Huge and Relaxing living area is all new as well. It boasts a 2 piece modern sectional sofa, a 50-inch flat-panel HDTV, and free wireless internet in all the rooms. There is a beautiful and tastefully appointed Dining Room table with chairs to seat 8 plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. Kitchen: Don't feel like going out, no problem! Entertaining and cooking is a pleasure in this fully and newly furnished modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. With the open kitchen, the cook never misses out on any of the conversations and is able to share private time together with Friends and Family. Other Condo amenities include: washer, dryer, towels, linens, coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, and all gourmet utensils to prepare a great meal; an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and much more. The community is located on Beautiful Lake Cay, next to the Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park, and the newest park, Aquatica. Vista Cay is located just off Universal Boulevard and is at the center of some of Orlando's greatest experiences. Vista Cay is ideal for the family wanting to be close to all the Excitement of International Drive and the Attractions, couples getting away for a while or for the Business Traveler in town for a meeting or attending the Orlando Convention Center. Oh my goodness...from the scheduling to the checking out, this place was amazing! Monica was incredible to work with! The condo was huge and accommodated all 6 of our adults so comfortably. And, the cleanliness was incredible! This is the first time I haven't had one complaint and I'm pretty picky! It's about a 20 minute drive from the Disney parks; but, that was just fine - super easy access. You could even see the fireworks from the balcony. (not sure if they were Disney fireworks). You will not be disappointed when you stay at Renata's!

LAKE VIEW DELUXE CONDO AT VISTA CAY

The property was accurately described. Everything was perfect, everything seemed to be new from the bed linens to the fluffy towels. I would certainly recommend this property to my friends. We attended a conference at the Convention Center and later visited Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. The Disney properties were an short and easy drive from the complex.

We loved the entire experience. Vista Csy is lovely. The unit we rented was absolutely beautiful. The space was more than we needed. Great communication with the owner/property manager.
