La gentilezza e l'accoglienza, sincere e spontanee che abbiamo ricevuto ci hanno fatto sentire "a casa" .
L'appuntamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è spaziosissimo ed attrezzato di tutto.

La gestione della prenotazione da parte di Booking è stata molto deludente e ha creato notevoli disagi. L'host, pur non avendo alcuna responsabilità per quanto accaduto, si è impegnato con grande disponibilità e professionalità per trovare una soluzione alternativa in tempi rapidissimi.
La sistemazione proposta all'ultimo momento era nel complesso soddisfacente, soprattutto considerando l'emergenza. È stata resa possibile grazie all'aiuto di terzi che sono intervenuti per supportare l'host e che, nonostante non si aspettassero il nostro arrivo, ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza, disponibilità e ospitalità.
Desidero quindi sottolineare che l'host ha gestito una situazione di forte imbarazzo, causata esclusivamente da un disservizio di Booking, dimostrando serietà, impegno e grande attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti.
