Sense of insecurity.
An electric fence at a distance would do at the back, otherwise it's a time bomb. It feels vulnerable having an open bush at the back.

The location out of the busyness of town
The hosts were very friendly and helpful

Accommodation requires maintenance as there are broken cupboard doors and bathroom cabinets that are badly scuffed and breaking. You had to ask for a TV for the unit. Doors do not close without locking them. King size bed mattress so thin and uncomfortable. Floors were very dirty. A stunning location however.
