Thankful and grateful that I reserved this booking. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s cleanliness. We are not nosey so did not know that towels were in the upstairs closet. Surprisingly, the area is extremely quiet. Amazing. The price was amazing too and the property looked just like the pictures.

That back driveway will discourage you. Additionally, the grill was not cleaned (new foil), but that was not an issue at all. The outside appearance needed a little work, such as lawn care, but hey. I didn’t stay outside.

Horrible stay!!

The price, location and pictures give a perception of being nice

My review will not be excellent. I believe you understand why. Bugs, electrical breakers malfunction, where is the cleaning fee going because it’s not being used for cleaning. Way too many scent diffusers. FYI- they don’t make it feel clean. Way outdated meaning holes around doors etc. I’m sure you’re aware because there’s traps stashed around. My child was scared after killing so many bugs that a rat would be next. I will not be returning or referring ever!!

You can’t beat the price and location.

There was no sheets for futon and when I contacted them I received no response. we were able to “ make do” with blankets and pillows that we brought from home.

My Kids Enjoyed!

The stay was in a great location.

I had to kill a few unwanted guests, such as spiders, 🐜, and a roach. There was hair in the shower. I tried to wash towels, but the dryer started to smell like smoke.

The location was great central to all of Huntville. It was quiet and comfortable.

Could use some updating. The fridge could have been cleaner.

Enjoyed this property in every way. Definitely recommended.

1. Laundry detergent would have been nice. 2. Larger bars of soap and a toothbrush; small toiletry items would have been appreciated.

The atmosphere

When it was time to take a shower there was barely any running water, there was no Xbox as stated in the activities, and also listed in the activities is a lot of stuff that you have to basically find yourself and it makes it very complicated . We were under the impression that this condo resort offered all of the activities that it said instead of us having to Google search the places to go to.

We'll be back! Great value, very nice rental!

Very nice, clean and well furnished. It's in a quiet area, but still pretty close to restaurants, shops, etc. Comfy beds, and I really appreciated the tower fans in each bedroom. It's a bit warmer upstairs and the fan made the room much more comfortable.

My sole complaint is the driveway leading to the parking behind the condo; its very, very steep. There is a dip at the bottom of the incline and even going extremely slow, my van scraped every time.

I didn't like it at first sight it was very dusty dust was every where base board were very dirty the toilets and bath tubs were half cleaned ..kitchen sink or counter area were no cleaned well kitchen chair cushions wete very dirty and the furniture was very out dated...I didn't like the owners attitude at all....I made it work because it was my first time there in Huntsville but my stay was NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!

downstairs. LIVING ROOM was perfect every spacious and clean the set up of the Furniture was on point. KITCHEN has ever Necessities that you’ll need to wipe up some dinner for the fam. has a nice glass top stove. ROOMs i got no complaints. clean, comfy, sleep like a baby. the host knows how to treat their guess and Prepare this location. shows they care for their guess. no questions ask.

back side lights was not working. queen bed room one of the nightstand lights was not working. but didn’t bother me

It was above average. Very clean and good location for us.

The location was nice and close to the place we came to visit. It was also very quiet in the neighborhood.

The back of the condo parking area was very clean in front of our condo, but the the neighboring condos looked very trashy in the back - discarded furniture and other items lying around the trash area and in the parking lot. Also, cleaning people came in a day early when they weren’t supposed to. It’s very unnerving to know someone has been in your condo but you don’t know who.

It was in a good neighborhood and had everything we needed in the kitchen and a brand new bbq grill! convenient to groceries stores, Walmart and restaurants.

it was beautiful and it was so very comfortable! We loved everything about our stay and it was convenient and basically in the middle of everything. we wish we could’ve stayed longer. we thank the host for their hospitality and for all they provided.

Very good

Excellent location. Close to most everything. There is a lot of space, fair price. Love having a washer and dryer available!

A bit dated but nothing that couldn't be fixed up pretty easily. The neighbors can get a bit noisy in the middle of the night (not directly next door but near by duplex). Guessing intoxicated and just happy. Haha. Nothing you wouldn't find anywhere else.
