Communication with the owners was smooth. The flat was much larger than I expected, there is a huge living room and three bathrooms, three bedrooms and a kitchen.
The apartment is a bit older and does not have AC, although there are fans in bedrooms. The place is a maze of steep one way streets and you can't park in front of the house. One of the rubbish bins was full when we came.
