The property is in a perfect location, just opposite the town hall and off the Main Street. It is very well renovated, modern and light.

As soon as you enter the apartment you get hit with a stench that is present everywhere but is particularly strong in the bedroom. No amount of airing out helped during our two night stay, and both my partner and I struggled to sleep due to this strong, unpleasant smell - something like excrement and sewage mixed with dirt.. We purposefully chose an apartment rather than a hotel so we’d have a larger space to relax in, but we couldn’t wait to leave each morning due to the smell. Additionally the flat was very selectively cleaned with bathroom surfaces mostly cleaned, but the rest of the flat quite dirty, the couch full of crumbs, floor unswept, and just the general air of dust everywhere. I also found the management very uncommunicative, mostly just not responding to my messages - and I only tried to contact them twice, before and during the stay. The coffee pods in the kitchen were the wrong match for the machine so it was impossible to make coffee, and every soap dispenser in the flat was dispensing very diluted water-like soap. The shower cuts off warm water within minutes and you’re hit with ice cold water for the rest of it. Someone clearly spent a good amount of effort and money to renovate this flat but the maintenance and service at this moment is very poor, and even unacceptable. Do not recommend.

Lovely modern loft in the central

Centrally located, well-equipped, lovely modern loft. Unbeatable value for money. Nearby is the city center and the train station, walking distance to the arena. There were good quality towels and a fragrance in the apartment.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist da.

Lage sehr zentral, manchmal zu sehr, da sie an einer großen Kreuzung gelegen ist. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im 4 Obergeschoss eines Altbaus, da dass man ca. 92 Stufen zu bewältigen hat, bevor man das Ziel erreicht. Verbessert ungewollt die Fitness 😉.
