Cosy and comfortable cottage in a stunning location.

Beautiful location. Warm and cosy. Clean and modern features with alpine styling.

More cutlery and plates would be handy, especially for a family group. Expensive but consistent with other places in the same area.

Lovely little place in the quiet streets of Arrowtow . Very homely, modern, and comfortable with all the necessities. 10

Quiet area of Arrowtown, perfect little house for us as a couple. Very modern inside, super comfy and homely.

The shower head did not stay in its position and kept having to play around with it to keep it still.

Great location for an Arrowtown stay!

Easy walk to town centre, very close to a local supermarket, parking available on the main street. Modern and fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a washer-dryer. Very clean.

It was difficult keeping the ground floor warm and there weren’t enough seats for all 4 of us in the living area.

Good location, clean and tidy

Freezing cold when we arrived so we had to leave while we waited for it to warm up. Shower hose couldn’t stay on its attachment. Attic room became super hot when the remainder of the house was only just warm - some venting may be required in the top room.

Enjoyable, clean, tasteful facilities in a good location.

Nicely decorated and well equipped. Clean.

All the warmth goes up in the apex of the A frame while bottom stays cold. Ceiling fan definitely helps. But just not a formula for cosy.

Would not recommend for winter stays at all!

This cottage is in a very handy location close to a supermarket and close enough to walk to the main shopping area with a park down the road. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. Also handy having a washing machine available if needed. In relation to my comments below about the water issue I have since been in contact with the management company upon returning home and they are being proactive in investigating the water issue in the attempt to prevent this happening again. I have appreciated their promptness in replying and not just brushing our complaint off

We weren't made aware that the 2nd bedroom was a mezzanine floor, not an enclosed bedroom which was a pain for such a small space and having the TV and lights on downstairs. The stairs to this room were steep but we were prepared for this as had read other reviews. We had the heat pump set to 23 degrees but found even with the fan going it wasn't very efficient at keeping the heat downstairs. I had requested a slightly early check in of 230pm as we had a wedding rehearsal but the booking form came up saying we would be required to pay about $70 for an early check in request prior to 3pm. On arrival we found in the compendium the check in time was actually from 2pm!!! The major disappointment we had and one I didn't find particularly acceptable was we had no water until after 3pm the day after our arrival due to the pipes being frozen. We therefore couldn't flush the toilets (you can only imagine with 4 people what this would be like), no water for drinking, washing dishes or showers. My husband ended up buying bottled water from the supermarket. With a wedding at 230pm this day I rang the BCR management company and on the 3rd phone call (1st no response, 2nd I left a message on answer phone and no response, then finally got through the 3rd time) the lady reassured me its probably the pipes and to leave a tap slightly on it should be on within a few hours. My husband and I had to go to another groomsmans place around the corner for showers as we didn't want to risk it before the wedding. Just after 1pm I rang BCR again to say our neighbour had water but we still didn't and he offered for us to relocate to a place in Arthurs Point or at least go there for a shower but with the wedding at 230 it was too much faffing around. He said he would send a plumber out to check it out just to be safe. Eventually just after 3 the water was back on.

Lovely house with modern facilities!

I like this place! The outdoor setting is nice to enjoy the sunset.

It is smaller than I thought, but it is enough for 4.

Beautiful property with so many thoughtful additions and comforts! Perfect location for a short walk to the main street, shops and cafes.

Perfect Arrowtown chalet

Clean, new, facilities were amazing. Quiet neighbourhood. Huge bathroom. Air-conditioning, kitchen, laundry, parking, WiFi. Absolutely loved this place.

Nothing, although I wouldn't recommend this property for families with young kids due to the stairs. . It was perfect for us with older kids.

Luxurious and Cozy!

The property has been newly renovated and was immaculate. It was very cute and warm and cozy. It was a great location. Very close to the supermarket, town and walks etc

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property.

Perfect for a short break.

Very clean and newly refurbished property with everything you need. Good restaurant recommendations. Should add Nadia Lim's Farm shop Royal Burn as they had some great produce with fab free range eggs.

Would have liked some extra bedding like blankets or duvets for colder nights. We found that you needed the fan on to heat up the lower areas by moving the warm air back down.

Superb

Clean and convenient kitchen and bathroom. Provides laundry powder, so we could do laundry during the long trip. Warm room with heater in late autumn.

Extremely modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Everything was really good for us. Excellent TV which we were able to cast Netflix etc onto from my phone. We like ‘binge-watching’ TV on holiday nights. We would certainly stay there again.

Minor maters, only. Floor mats were slippery on the floor. They need to be attached to the floor or have a non-slip backing. A few more sugar sachets & more dishwashing liquid would have prevented us buying some, as we didn’t need to use the dishwasher.

theres was no tea towel and the mats at doorways are very slippery. maybe need some type of rubber backing to stop them from slipping
