Clean property, comfortable beds, nice linen and central to Arrowtown

The music playing in the bathroom is very loud at night which can be heard if you are staying in a cabin. It was turned down for one night but went back to being loud again the night after.

Sensational location, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and how good to have an onsite playground. Being able to walk to town was wonderful.

The kitchen facilities were great - very clean and everything we needed. What absolutely sucked was the locked bathrooms that needed key access and were in a seperate building. Can you imagine taking children to the loo several times in the night in the freezing cold and pitch black? And needing key access which was difficult. And caused large delay. It was horrible. The locked bathrooms are the entire reason I wouldn’t book again. Everything else was great.
