I like that they have to WC bathroom

It is noisy place in the front of the apartment traffic light so many cars early morning the barking closed the building, big barking so many people park the car there which is make too much noise at the beginning of the early morning and evening time what I don’t like also, when I ask for extra blanket, they said we are not provide any extra blanket

Heating kept failing and had to keep resetting it, luckily I am a heating engineer but most people would have had a cold weekend, we phoned the helpline and emailed the on our first morning but never had a response of any kind, very poor
