The quiet location, accommodation and helpful staff
Nothing much. Perhaps they could cover the soft outdoor furnishings when it rained heavily so the chairs are useable after?

remote location and tents mixed within the hills…
it was the last day the camp was open and they began to loudly breakdown tents next to us at 7:30am. you could also feel the weariness of staff- they broke down coffee station before 10 am check out - not the best time to be paying full price
$$$$
