The location with the breathtaking views.
I got two single beds instead of one queen as promised. At the property I had to pay extra $400 for the place (city) tax itself.
It was quite loud when the windows were opened and we could hear everything from the corridor.
The room service wasn’t complimentary.
Beds were not the most comfy - the mattresses were too soft.
The waiting time for the elevator took up to 10-15 min at the rush hours (sth to consider to add to the offer)

Nice location adjacent to Ala Moana shopping centre. Great pool area
Kitchenette was barely usable, no dedicated sink (had to use bathroom), no kettle, no supply of milk-tea-coffee. Yes we were on the top floor but for those who are superstitious the 13th is not a great call. And the fact that we got charged facilities fees and extra taxes is annoying because this is not mentioned with booking so how do you budget?

The room was clean. Liked the coffee, fridge, and microwave amenities. The room was so high that there were no bugs to fly in when leaving sliding door open.
Bed was a little too soft. Wish there was an instruction book to orient you to things in the room…like the AC doesn’t work unless sliding door is securely closed/locked. Instructions on how to get more toilet paper if run out.

It was super nice & clean and very convenient to the mall + other walking distance activities.
HOWEVER, i would book with Ala Moana Hotel by MANTRA & not ala moana condo hotel, there was such an issue with them & when trying to contact customer service the number they provided was to a random person in san francisco CA. The “customer service” expert was no help & continued to send the same message over and over again. We waited for a while before we could actually check in since they didn’t send over our reservation to the hotel in time. Ala Moana Hotel by Mantra was AMAZING though, the manager on duty was a huge help 10/10 for them. -10/10 for Ala moana Condo hotel.
