The property is rustic and very close to the old leh city
We came in July and the common areas do not have air conditioning. So it was hot during the day. I understand it must be an eco step , as it is cold most of the time , but a little tweak in the air conditioning ( cooling ) could really help in summer months. Staff was very warm

Our stay at Chospa Hotel was very pleasant. It is a luxury hotel with well-maintained facilities, and the rooms were exactly as expected: comfortable, elegant and just as shown.
We would especially like to highlight the staff, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. Everyone was kind, attentive, professional and courteous, which made our experience very comfortable.
The only aspect we felt could be improved was the breakfast. We found the selection somewhat limited and, for a 5-star hotel, we expected a wider and more varied choice. The quality was good, but we believe a greater variety would better match the standard of the hotel.
Overall, we had a very good experience and would particularly highlight the comfortable rooms and the excellent service from the staff
