Very comfortable spacious room, with view of snow capped mountains. Hotel is in a great location where there was a short walk to the centre. The best part of the stay were the staff, particularly Ashwani and Munish on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to help me with excursions and transfers to/from the airport. They were both not only very competent and knowledgeable in their role, but also very friendly with a sense of humour. They made my stay very enjoyable and memorable . and they are a credit to the hotel.

The response time and amazing staff facility.
Very helpful special mention to Shubham the manager, Namgyan the owner and the catering staff everyone was good, their service is the best.
The dinner options, it was way too bland in taste.
