Appartement propre, confortable et très calme.
Auncu interlocuteur en français à notre arrivée et pas de réponse à mon message prévenant de notre retard, accueil raté,
décevant.
En effet, suite à l'annonce de 3 heures minimum de retard pour le départ de Bordeaux pour Montréal, j'ai écrit de suite pour prévenir que nous aurons du retard, en demandant de repousser notre arrivée à l'appartement, mais on ne m'a jamais répondu. Dans le taxi, j'ai appelé 2 fois, en appuyant sur 1 pour avoir quelqu'un en français, mais à chaque fois j'avais la même personne qui ne parlait qu'anglais, donc impossible de communiquer, elle avait tout de même compris mes nom et prénom, mais aucun envoi de message ou codes. Arrivés devant l'appartement aucun moyen pour rentrer dans le hall et l'appartement, il était tard et nous étions fatigués. Un monsieur qui sortait du hall avec une caisse à outils, c'était le réparateur des appartements, il parlait français et anglais, on lui a expliqué notre situation, il a appelé la dame en anglais en lui demandant de nous envoyer des messages traduit en français, mais malheureusement aucun message de cette personne. Nous avons attendu, très impuissants, frustrés et épuisés jusqu'à 21h30, que ma fille qui parle anglais, appelle pour nous, pour obtenir les codes d'entrées du hall et de l'appartement.
Nous avons été très déçus de ne pas avoir eu un interlocuteur en français et une réponse à mon message en partant de Bordeaux. C'est le seul point très négatif, le reste était parfait.

Absolutely WONDERFUL staff that were incredibly helpful. My partner was going through some medical treatments and they provided extra blankets and pillows for her recovery. Also there was some utilities work done by the city, and they kept us updated at all times. The location at L'Plateau was so accessible with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby!!
The water pressure in the bathroom could be stronger, it took a long time to wash up esp if you have long hair.

Very tidy, quiet and pleasantly decorated . Many amenities like dishwasher, coffee and washing machine. easy to get in. perfect location with lots of options nearby .

Location is great with lots of places nearby, plus a list of recommendations from the host. All amenities you would need, including a washer and dryer, decent kitchen, two separate rooms.
I asked if I could do an early check-in and got a response this depends on availability, asked to write at 12 which I did. Was asked to send an SMS in an hour to which I never got a response.
Kitchen was dirty - cupboard and other surfaces were oily and greasy, had to wash my hands a few times just to get rid of the stickiness.
